Warranty Policy

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

Coverage

All MAEDEC products are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues under normal use.

Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from improper installation, incorrect fitment, crashes or misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product.

Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please email orders@maedec.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect.

Resolution

At our discretion, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected product. We will work with you to find the best resolution.

Limitation

This warranty does not cover labor costs, installation costs, or any damage to your vehicle. Coverage is limited to the MAEDEC product itself.
