Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 45 days of delivery.

Requirements

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Not Accepted

We do not accept returns on installed parts, modified items, or items damaged during installation.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong part or need a different fitment, we will work with you to correct the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Customer-First Clause

We understand that situations vary. We may approve exceptions to our return policy at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
